Ondrej is a member of Skanska Residential management team. He has been working for Skanska Group and in the field of residential development since 2010. He has extensive experience in the development of residential projects, his competences currently include the acquisition of new residential complexes as well as the area of Sustainability and Green Business. Ondrej is actively involved in the development and implementation of innovative solutions and alternative products within the residential sector, especially around affordable and rental housing. In the years 2015 - 2016, he worked in Tampere, Finland, where he participated in the implementation of new sustainable residential complexes and high-rise buildings and set up new processes in acquisitions and market knowledge.
