Kimberly works on the origination, structuring, and managing of hotel financing deals, as well as the ongoing monitoring and management of the existing hotel loan portfolio at Aareal Bank - one of the leading lenders of debt financing in hotel real estate globally, with a loan portfolio of €11 billion in hotels across 20 countries. Prior to joining Aareal, Kimberly was part of the Strategic Advisory & Research (EMEA) and Capital Markets (CEE) teams at Cushman & Wakefield in Prague. She started in hospitality in 2015 with a background in hotel operations, working across various functions for brands including The Ritz Carlton, The St. Regis and Hyatt in Japan, Singapore and the USA. Kimberly graduated from the Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland with a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management (High Honors).
