With more than 25 years of expertise, Michaela is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention and motivation/recognition solutions to build a good work environment and team members relations. She is dedicated to main mission - to create “family feeling” within the teams to promote continuous business growth and to cultivate customer loyalty by empowering and motivating team members to realize their full potential and to bring their best to the job. Michaela has started her career with Hilton Prague more than 25 years ago and she went through all HR functions being also responsible for CSR activities and currently for ESG – social part. In her daily work she is maximizing team knowledge and productivity by effective L&D activities, monitoring and directing team members in application of best practices. She is maintaining optimal manning levels by tracking vacancies and initiating recruitment and interview process to identify qualified/talented candidates. Michaela is also responsible for implementing of Hilton Diversity & Inclusion principles to Hilton Prague daily routine.
