Ben oversees the Asset Management division of Colliers International in both UK and in Europe with a brief to introduce this unique practice across Europe. The Asset Management team has worked on more than 500 projects in the region, from small boutique privately owned businesses, to large international branded operations providing down to earth practical advice to drive value for hotel Owners and Investors. This includes work on single assets and large multi country portfolios. Ben and the team offer their Clients strategic Asset Management advice, as well as practical Operational advice to drive optimal hotel performance. They work closely with the operators in creating added value for the hotel Owner through a partnership and focused approach. As an ex Hotelier, Ben is well placed in being able to liaise and negotiate with Operators to benefit his Clients. Supported by the team members, his pragmatic and hands-on approach delivers sound value add for his Clients.
