Siniša Topalović is Global Head of Tourism Advisory at Horwath HTL and partner at Horwath HTL Croatia. With over 200 tourism projects successfully implemented globally, Siniša has experience of working with high-profile clients and projects shaping today´s and tomorrow’s tourism industry landscape in well-established but also emerging destinations worldwide. His fields of expertise include strategic and operational advisory in tourism and hospitality sector, including but not limited to tourism development advisory for countries, regions and destinations, project master planning (mega destinations, resorts, hotels, integrated resorts, etc.), corporate strategic and operational advice, development planning, strategic and operational marketing planning, tourism product development, destination management, investment promotion, tourism policy etc. Siniša is regularly publishing articles in global tourism media, industry reports and columns relating to tourism and hospitality in domestic and international publications (Skift, Hospitality Inside, HNN, Hotels Magazine etc.) and is invited as speaker or moderator to prominent international conferences (ITB Convention, International Hotel Investment Forum - IHIF Berlin, Hot.E London, Mediterranean Hotels and Resorts Conference, etc.). Siniša is member of International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), world’s greatest source of hospitality expertise and counsel, represented by just over 200 of the industry’s most respected professionals from across six continents. In scientific field, Siniša is completing his PhD in destination management and is a member of Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Scientific Council for Tourism.
