Lukáš Hejduk is the Head of the CEE Hotels & Leisure sector group. He is also the Head of the CEE Real Estate and Construction practice and co-heads the Czech Real Estate practice. In the hospitality sector, he focuses on acquisitions and sales and hotel operating agreements, including leases, management agreements, and franchise agreements. He has been involved in hotel mandates in the Czech Republic, CEE, the UK, and Africa. Lukáš also advises on all aspects of real estate mandates, including real estate M&A, construction projects, development, leasing, sale and lease-back transactions, and greenfield investments. He specializes in complex property transactions and has extensive experience acting for international funds, private investors, developers, insurance providers, and banks.
