Stefana Moroianu is an experienced professional with a profound passion for the hospitality industry, ESG, and responsible investing in real estate. With a background in hospitality, Stefana joined Invesco Real Estate in 2019, assuming various positions. During her tenure, she managed a diverse European hotel portfolio, consistently delivering top performance and maximizing returns for investors. Moreover, she provided support for the formulation of investment strategies through market research, thereby facilitating well-informed decision-making within IRE. Stefana played an instrumental part in shaping Invesco Real Estate's European ESG strategy, taking the lead on numerous projects, including the development and implementation of the Green Building Certification program. In her current role, she remains dedicated to further enhancing the ESG strategy and providing strategic guidance to drive its successful implementation within the organization. Stefana holds a distinguished Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague.
