Magsud's major focus is hotel capital market and debt advisory across Central, Southern & Eastern Europe. He has worked on and successfully completed projects across 10 major markets within Europe advising clients on disposals and acquisitions as well as other strategic decisions. In the past years, Magsud has been involved in successful completion of transaction totaling a value of almost Eur 1 billion. Magsud joined Cushman & Wakefield in July 2015 and is based in Prague, Czech Republic. Before joining the company, Magsud worked in a boutique investment advisory firm, which focused on providing financial structuring of high-risk investment projects in CIS and EMEA regions. Several recent case studies that Magsud was actively involved in: - Acquisition of a boutique hotel in Prague 1, Czech Republic - Sale of a K+K hotel in Bucharest, Romania - Acquisition of an upper-upscale hotel in Riga, Latvia - Leasing of a hotel portfolio with over 700 keys in Ljubljana, Slovenia Magsud is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since November 2020.
